Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Introduction

Welcome to Communication in Empowerment, Mentorship, Partnership, and Knowledge Accessibility (CEMPAKA). These guidelines are designed to assist you in submitting your manuscript. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure that your paper adheres to the journal’s requirements and formatting standards.

Submission Process

  1. Online Submission
    Manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s online submission system at https://journal.arunika-publisher.org/index.php/cempaka/about/submissions. You will need to create an account or log in to submit your manuscript.
  2. Cover Letter
    A cover letter is required with each submission. In the cover letter, provide a brief summary of the manuscript and explain why it is a good fit for Communication in Empowerment, Mentorship, Partnership, and Knowledge Accessibility (CEMPAKA).
  3. Supplementary Material
    Authors may submit supplementary materials such as datasets, additional figures, or videos. These should be uploaded separately.

Peer Review Process

  • All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer review process. The review will be conducted by at least two independent reviewers.
  • Authors will be notified of the reviewers’ comments and can make revisions based on feedback.

Publication Ethics

[Journal Name] adheres to the ethical standards of academic publishing. Authors should ensure that their work is original, properly cited, and free from plagiarism. All data presented should be accurate and verifiable.

  1. Authorship
    Ensure that all listed authors contributed significantly to the study. Authors must approve the final version of the manuscript.
  2. Conflict of Interest
    Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the results or interpretation of the manuscript.
  3. Plagiarism
    Manuscripts submitted to [Journal Name] should not have been previously published or under consideration elsewhere. All manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism.

Author Fees

  • This journal charges the following author fees.
  • Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
    Authors are required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs.
  • Article Publication: 50000.00 (IDR)
    If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.
  • If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
